1. Acceptance of the terms of sale
The customer acknowledges that they have read and expressly accept, at the time of placing the order, these terms of sale without reserve.
The present terms of sale define the contractual rights and obligations of SERAC and its customers, with both parties giving their full unreserved acceptance. These general terms of sale will take precedence over any other conditions present in any other document, unless express written permission from the company has been given.
The photos illustrating the products are not contractual. SERAC cannot under any circumstances be held liable in case of any errors.
The automated ordering systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The customer will receive a confirmation email, to the email address given, acknowledging receipt of the order from SERAC. The sale will be considered definitive once the order confirmation has been sent.
After receiving the order confirmation, SERAC will send the gift voucher in the post or by email (depending on the option chosen when the order was placed). If the order has not been received before the client’s arrival at SERAC’s establishment, SERAC will find an alternative solution as long as the client has contacted SERAC in advance to arrange said alternative.
The gift voucher is valid for one year, starting from the date when the order was placed.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances, SERAC will look into each request for an extension individually.
You have 14 days (from when you receive the order confirmation) to cancel. SERAC must be notified about the decision to cancel the order in writing.
The gift voucher needs to be returned to the SERAC head office.
In the event of cancellation, SERAC will reimburse all payments made by the customer. The refund will take place in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which SERAC receives the returned gift voucher.
The prices are shown in euros
The price in the order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes and VAT for France and other countries in the EEC.
The price invoiced to the customer is the price which is stated in the order confirmation.
Payment can be made online with a bank card or via PayPal. For any other means of payment, the customer must contact SERAC to place their order.
These terms of sale are governed by French law. Complaints or disputes will always be considered with goodwill, based on the assumption that the claimant is in good faith. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact the company to attempt to find an amicable solution.
In the event of a dispute and if no agreement reached with the society, you can contact the Consumer Ombudsman :

The collected information and data concerning the customer are necessary for order management, the creation of invoices and warranty agreements, and are only collected for these purposes. Without this mandatory information and data, the order is not valid. In accordance with the French Data Protection Law “Informatique et Libertés”, the processing of personal data is subject to a declaration to the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority). The customer has (article 34 of the “Informatique et Libertés” act of 6th January 1978) the right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data by making a request to SERAC.
