The customer acknowledges that they have read and expressly accept, at the time of placing the order, these terms of sale without reserve.
The present terms of sale define the contractual rights and obligations of SERAC and its customers, with both parties giving their full unreserved acceptance. These general terms of sale will take precedence over any other conditions present in any other document, unless express written permission from the company has been given.

The automated ordering systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The customer will receive a confirmation email, to the email address given, acknowledging receipt of the order from SERAC. The sale will be considered definitive once the order confirmation has been sent.
4. Delivery
After receiving the order confirmation, SERAC will send the gift voucher in the post or by email (depending on the option chosen when the order was placed). If the order has not been received before the client’s arrival at SERAC’s establishment, SERAC will find an alternative solution as long as the client has contacted SERAC in advance to arrange said alternative.
- Validity
The gift voucher is valid for one year, starting from the date when the order was placed.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances, SERAC will look into each request for an extension individually.
6. Cancellation
You have 14 days (from when you receive the order confirmation) to cancel. SERAC must be notified about the decision to cancel the order in writing.
The gift voucher needs to be returned to the SERAC head office.
In the event of cancellation, SERAC will reimburse all payments made by the customer. The refund will take place in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which SERAC receives the returned gift voucher.
