L’Adret de la Flégère restaurant and its sunny terrace will be open with a menu that will change regularly, including Savoyard dishes and daily specials so you can appreciate our chef’s homemade cuisine with stunning views of Mont-Blanc.
At the heart of the Aiguilles Rouges, at around 1900m of altitude, our team welcomes you to our “Maître Restaurateur” restaurant (title awarded in 2014 and renewed in 2019).
When the weather is nice, the restaurant’s terrace will open from 09:00 with a set breakfast menu facing Mont Blanc.
Located between the top of the Flégère lift station and the foot of the Index, we are easily accessible once you get off the lift.

In the heart of the Aiguilles Rouges massif, at around 1900m of altitude, you will find our “Maître Restaurateur” restaurant (title obtained in 2014 and renewed in 2019).
Enjoy a delicious homemade meal and stunning views of Mont-Blanc from inside the restaurant or on our beautiful terrace.
On the menu there are mainly Savoyard dishes, made with cheese and other regional produce, as well as delicious desserts.
In the afternoon, come and relax on our sun loungers with a drink.
Groups: there is the possibility to book for group during the day or in the evening.

Flégère Hut open for lunch
We will open the "refuge de la Flégère" from Saturday 8th of February until end of March. The hut will be open only for lunch not for sleeping.

« Maître Restaurateur » title
Our 4 restaurants obtained the «Maître Restaurateur» title in 2014 thanks to the use fresh local produce, the implementation of strict hygiene procedures and the delivery of excellent customer service, among other things.
In the spring of 2019, new inspections took place and the label was re-awarded to Le 3842, La Bergerie de Planpraz, L’Adret de la Flégère and La Table de Plan Joran restaurants

Compost bins at Bergerie de Planpraz and Adret de la Flégère
This summer, compost bins have been installed at La Bergerie de Planpraz and l'Adret de la Flégère.
These initiatives have been organised together with the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc and the SITOM des Vallées du Mont Blanc.
Organic waste will be collected and turned into compost to fertilise the pistes during the summer.
