We’ve set up a new online bookings service for Le 3842 Restaurant (on the Aiguille du Midi summit) and La Bergerie de Planpraz Restaurant, making it much easier for our clients to book a table with us.

The menus at our «Maître Restaurateur» restaurants, as well as our daily specials, are translated into 45 languages. These menus are available through a QR code
on our place mats as well as our Facebook pages.

Our 4 restaurants obtained the «Maître Restaurateur» title in 2014 thanks to the use fresh local produce, the implementation of strict hygiene procedures and the delivery of excellent customer service, among other things.
In the spring of 2019, new inspections took place and the label was re-awarded to Le 3842, La Bergerie de Planpraz, L’Adret de la Flégère and La Table de Plan Joran restaurants

This summer, compost bins have been installed at La Bergerie de Planpraz and l'Adret de la Flégère.
These initiatives have been organised together with the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc and the SITOM des Vallées du Mont Blanc.
Organic waste will be collected and turned into compost to fertilise the pistes during the summer.
